We proudly ship domestically within Australia using Australia Post, and Worldwide.

  • Postage Fees: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You can track your order through Australia Post once it’s dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

At Nino The Label, we take pride in delivering quality, playful, and practical pieces for your little ones. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out. Please find our returns and exchange guidelines below:

Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return policy for store credit only. If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us at sales@ninothelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Store credits will be issued once the returned items have been inspected and approved.

Faulty Items: If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please reach out to us at sales@ninothelabel.com within 30 days, including your order number and a photo of the fault. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a full refund, excluding delivery costs.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

  • The product must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Small Business Consideration: As a small business, we deeply appreciate your support and understanding. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable, and we aim to process all returns and exchanges with care and attention to your needs.
